Despite the fact that au chat botté is describing the objects for sale
according to its best knowledge and conscience, au chat botté cannot shoulder any
responsibility.
Whoever wants to acquire something has got to ascertain him- or herself about its
quality, condition, state, age and origin as well as its value or has an evaluation
made on his or her own cost by an expert. Au chat botté cannot offer the right to
return anything.
Payment must be made in Swiss Franks in cash or by bank or postal order. Au chat botté
will inform the correspondent bank or postal account number.
The merchandise will be delivered only after full payment has been effected. Neither
part-payments nor payments on account can be accepted.
Transportation costs must be paid by the customer
Reservations for a specific object cannot be accepted for longer than 10 calendar
days. Afterwards the object is free for sale. The person interested in acquitting
an object reserved will not be contacted again.
